- 12 Cups Of Water
- 2 Cups Of Fresh Strawberries Finely Chopped
- 6 tbsp Of Honey
- 6 tsp Loose Green Tea
- Few Lime Slices
Instructions
For Making Hot Strawberry Tea
- In a medium-sized saucepan, add water and one & a half cups of chopped strawberries, heat it over medium to high heat and bring it to a boil.
- After the water starts to boil, lower the heat and let it simmer for at least 2 to 3 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and then add the loose green tea leaves into the water. Give it a nice stir.
- Next, cover the saucepan using a lid and allow the green tea to steep for about 1 or 2 minutes.
- Add honey to the tea and stir well.
- Add the remaining strawberries into the serving cups and then strain the strawberry green tea into the serving glasses. Discard the cooked pieces of strawberries.
