When summer is in full swing! My hunt for a non-alcoholic beverage to relieve my thirst leads me to this exquisite fresh Blue Virgin Mojito combination.
This blue Mojito will be to your liking if you enjoy a decent, old-fashioned lemonade. It is an improved lemonade that tastes incredibly cool and has an outstanding blue tint.
It would be wonderful to serve at beach-themed parties because of its gorgeous blue color, which evokes beach feelings. It may be made in a big batch to serve a large group and is ideal for sipping on a hot summer day while relaxing in a hammock by the pool, beach, or on the patio.
Just four ingredients are needed to prepare this simple blue virgin mojito recipe.
- 4-5 Ice Cubes: I used regular ice cubes, but you may also use crushed ice, ice in the shape of a spherical, ice in the shape of pebbles, etc.
- 15 ml Blue curaçao syrup: Since this is a mocktail, we won’t be using blue curaçao liquor; instead, we’ll be using a simple sugar syrup that has been flavored with lemon and orange and coloured blue with food coloring.
- 30 ml Lemon juice: lime juice may alternatively be used in its place. Given that there aren’t many components in this, make sure anything you use is freshly squeezed because it has a substantial impact on the flavor.
- Sprite: We will be utilizing sprite in place of the lemonade that is required to make a blue virgin mojito. This mocktail would be very sugary if lemonade were used!

Notes
- Orange slices, twists, or peels, as well as fresh mint leaves, can be used as garnish.
- Instead of Sprite, you might substitute Club soda or sparkling water.
- Ginger simple syrup, chili pepper simple syrup, or ginger juice can all be used to add some spiciness to your beverage.
- Refrigerate the glass for 30 minutes. It will stop the ice from melting soon and keep the mocktail cool for a longer period of time.
