Refreshing Green Apple Mojito Recipe
Equipment
- Three-Piece Cobbler Shaker with Built-In Strainer ( You can have your Shaker and Strainer Separately too.)
- Twisted Bar Spoon with Disk Muddler
- Straws
- 25ml/50ml Measure
Ingredients
- 2 Apple green large
- 12 leaves Mint leaves fresh
- 4 Cucumber sliced
- 2 cup Ice cubes
- 2 cup Ice crushed
- 1 cup green Apple juice
- 15-20 ml Lime juice fresh
- 75 ml Sugar syrup or more as desired
For the Garnish
- 8 Mint leaves fresh
- 4 Lime slices
- 2 Apple slices
Instructions
- In a food processor, puree the green apple, mint leaves and cucumber slices.
- Combine apple puree, ice, lime juice, apple juice, and syrup in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake, then pour into a glass filled with crushed ice.
- Serve chilled green apple mojitos with a lime slice and fresh mint leaves as garnish.
Notes
- In place of fresh green apple puree, you can use green apple syrup, but I like using fresh apples.
- You can also add Club soda.
