200 ML Ghee10 – 12 Pieces Of Almonds10 – 12 Pieces Of Cashew100 Grams Semolina Suji100 Grams Sugar400 Grams Of Orange Pulp3 – 4 tbsp Saffron Milk2 tsp Cardamom PowderOrange Juice As Per Your taste8 – 10 Pieces Of Pistachio
Step - 1
Peel the orange and make sure remove seeds. Then chop them and mix into blender
Step - 2
Blend for a pulpy texture, adding a touch of water if needed, but avoid making it too juicy.
Step - 3
Heat a medium pan, add ghee, almonds, and cashews, cook for 30-40 seconds.
Step - 4
Add suji and ensure proper mixing. Allow the suji to cook until it attains a crispy texture.
Step - 5
Add cardamom powder and saffron milk to the pan, mix, and turn off the heat.
Step - 6
In another skillet, heat and add orange pulp, stir, then mix in sugar. Cook until sugar melts and mixture boils.
Step - 7
Mix the orange pulp mixture into the suji and blend thoroughly. Cook the orange halwa over medium to high heat until all the water evaporates completely.
Step - 8
Your orange halwa is done. To garnish, add orange juice & chopped nuts on top and enjoy!
